REFUND POLICY

When will I get my refund?

  1. Once the refund has been initiated, the refund amount is expected to reflect as per the payment method:
  2. Family OPD Wallet - Refund will be credited in Family OPD Wallet (Within 24- 48 hours)
  3. Refund Money - Once the Refund Money is credited to Family OPD wallet it can’t be transferred to any bank accounts.
    However the wallet money can be use to avail other Family OPD services.
  4. Online Payment via Credit / Debit Cards - Refund will be credited to the source (3 - 5 business days)
  5. Bank Transfer - Refund will be in the updated Bank account (7 - 10 business days)
  6. Net banking - Refund will be in Net Banking account (7 - 10 business days)
  7. UPI - Refund will be in Net Banking account (5 - 7 business days)
  8. PhonePe & other E-wallets - Refund will be in PhonePe & E-wallets (1 - 2 business days)
  9. NEFT (Bank Refund) - Refund will be credited to your Bank Account (5 - 7 business days)
  10. All Purchase of Smart health cards are nonrefundable.
  11. Family OPD reserves the right not to process refunds in the following situations, if you:
    • Return Non-Family OPD / additional Products or Items
    • Return items that belong in the NON-Returnable category
    • Return any items/products without initiating a return in the appropriate order in the App or Website.
