Dr Kamalika Mandal is a rare combination of sincerity, dedication and skill. With substantial experience in the field of psychiatry care, medication and healing, she has strived to become the leading counsellor and therapist in this region. Her journey as a healthcare hero began from the day she decided to pursue MBBS in RG Kar Medical College and then later joined Institute of Psychiatry where she completed her DPM that marked as her first step to mental health aid. Completing her MD in Psychiatry and junior residency from Government medical college, Bhavnagar, Gujarat, she further secured a senior residency in Central Institute of Psychiatry, Ranchi where she had special exposure and training in the field of Addiction Psychiatry. Subsequently she went to the United Kingdom as an International training fellow in old age and addiction psychiatry. The compassion for mental health and love for the country pulled her back to the country where she started to serve the people with latest skills and knowledge.
