He has done his MBBS from University college of medical sciences, New Delhi and his M.S. and Senior residency in general surgery from PGIMER Chandigarh. Later he went on to do his super-specialization M.CH in surgical oncology from JIPMER, Pondicherry. He has vast experience in surgeries for cancers involving various systems of body including Head & Neck, Breast, Thoracic, Gastrointestinal & Hepatobiliary, Colorectal, Gynecological, Genitourinary and soft tissue & bone cancers.
